Speed Form An exercise in model making and aesthetics Ideation Mockups Build Process After deciding on my form, I drew these profiles and printed them out as the backbone of my model. Constructed sections, printed on poster board. I cut out pieces of foam and glued them between the profiles, then sanded them down to produce the rough form. Once the model was approximately the desired shape, I coated it in resin and bondo and proceeded to sand. After several coats and patches of bondo, I was ready to paint. Model after primer and paint.
